WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY.  Artwebsites.net (hereinafter AWS) does not warrant that the functions of the web site will meet the client's expectations of site traffic. In no event will AWS or its sub-contractors be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website, even if AWS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS.  The client represents to AWS and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to AWS for inclusion in Web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend AWS and/or all agents of AWS from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client. Copyright to the assembled design work and templates of web pages produced by AWS is owned by AWS- elements of which in part or in whole are prohibited from use, maintenance or exhibit on any servers other than those assigned by AWS except under license and expressed written permission

DOMAIN NAME. Domain registration shall remain the responsibility of the client.

FORCE MAJEURE. AWS is not responsible for performing obligations when delayed or hindered by natural disasters, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, or other events beyond the control of AWS.

LITIGATION.  Any disputes will be litigated or arbitrated in Forsyth County, North Carolina and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
