Dave Bontempo, CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and owner of The Bontempo Group, Inc., has been a leader in the staffing industry since 1982.

 

     For over 26 years, Dave has built his and his company’s reputation on the trust established by strong relationships with both client companies and applicants looking to progress in their careers.

 

     A member of the National Association of Personnel Services as well as the American Staffing Association, Dave also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants (MAAPC).  A graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School (’75), Dave is a member of Ryan’s Executive Alumni Board.  Additionally, Dave is a Man of Malvern, serving on the Speakers Bureau, and an Advisory Board Member of the Sisters of St. Joseph Welcome Center in Philadelphia.

 

     A life-long soccer fan, Dave coached at the high school varsity level in the Philadelphia Catholic Soccer League for twenty years before being appointed head coach of the Men’s Soccer Team at Gwynedd-Mercy College in 2002.

 

     Dave currently resides in Southampton, PA with wife, Mary Fran and children, David, Laura and Megan.
